Integrated Energy Therapy was introduced to the world by Stevan Thayer in 1994 to clear specific energy blockages that we humans commonly encounter in our daily lives, which are as follows: Guilt, Distrust, Shame, Threat, "Shoulds," Heartache and Betrayal, Resentment, Anger, Stress and Powerlessness, and Fear. Stevan found that these issues are stored at nine specific points in the body as well as in our aura, also called the Human Energy Field. IET is an energy modality that Stevan, with the help of his Angelic guides, designed to get these "issues out of the tissues" and out of the Human Energy Field.
